Osteopathy Clinical Team

Our Osteopaths have an B.Ost (Bachelors in Osteopathy) or an M.Ost (Masters in Osteopathy). They are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOSc) and are also members of the Institute of Osteopathy (IO).

Osteopathy is a profession regulated by UK law and is also part of the Allied Health Professions (AHPs), recognised by the NHS.


Our Clinical Expertise

Biomechanics – detailed analysis of various movements and postures such as sitting, standing, squatting and walking.

Human Biology – thorough understanding of human anatomy and various pathological and musculoskeletal conditions that affect the body.

Hands-on Techniques –osteopathic manipulation and mobilisation treatment techniques which encourage a balance between the structure and function of joints, ligaments, muscles and fascia.

Sports Taping – application of kinesiology tape to encourage the healing process in tissues, and to provide joint support during demanding exercise.

Exercise Rehabilitation – movement specific exercises to aid your recovery and prevent further injury.
