Hill DT non-surgical spinal decompression therapy is a type of treatment that utilises a motorised device that gently, yet specifically targets and decompresses bulged discs.
Hill DT therapy gently elongates the spine, reducing pressure on spinal discs, which can alleviate pain and discomfort.
By facilitating nutrient absorption and rehydration of the discs, Hill DT therapy supports the body's natural healing process and aids in tissue repair.
Hill DT therapy improves spinal alignment and reduces nerve compression, restoring mobility and allowing you to regain your range of motion.
Neck Decompression
Back Decompression
Hill DT has been shown to have a success rate of 91%, with little to no post-treatment complications, and no recovery time needed – allowing you to continue to work whilst undergoing treatment.
Hill DT therapy works by gently elongating the spine, relieving pressure on the discs, and promoting the body's natural healing process. This can provide relief from chronic back pain caused by disc-related issues.
Absolutely. Multiple scientific research studies prove that spinal decompression therapy works. As a medical device widely used in the US, it has been tested and approved by the FDA, and other top medical governing bodies both in the US and internationally.
There are consistent studies that have shown proven results through both individual quality of life improvements and physical changes that can be seen in patient MRI scans, pre and post Hill DT therapy
Hill DT therapy is generally safe and well-tolerated. It does not carry the risks associated with surgical procedures. Minor discomfort or muscle soreness may be experienced during or after the sessions, but these effects are temporary and subside quickly.
Based on the scientific research of this treatment, it is advised to have between 24 and 36 sessions of Hill DT therapy to get long-term results. In most cases, 24 sessions are sufficient. It is only in more severe cases that extra sessions may be necessary. The Hill DT protocol advises to have 2 to 4 sessions per week until your recommended total number of sessions is complete.
The timeframe for experiencing results can vary depending on individual factors and the specific condition being treated. However, many patients report noticeable improvements in their symptoms within a few sessions, while significant long-term results are often achieved over the course of the recommended treatment plan.
After decades of crippling sciatic pain and multiple ineffective treatments, Relieve Clinic came to my rescue - after just a few months, the progress I have made has had an immensely positive impact on my day to day life.
Zain is extremely professional and caring. He is also a patient and effective educator who has taught me how to manage my own progress and make sure I maintain all of the gains. I cannot recommend him enough.
I can’t recommend Zain at Relieve Clinic highly enough. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none, and the care and attention he gave me was much needed after the arm/shoulder/neck injury I received. The Clinic is perfectly situated in Leeds City Centre and has a calm and relaxing atmosphere from the minute you walk in.
Zain has such positive energy and focuses not only on the immediate issue but also on a long-term solution. I am now well on my way to recovery and know that this would not be the case without the treatment and advice from him.
